ALL EVENTS AT THE INN OF THE HILLS CONFERENCE CENTER

Friday, August 15th

  • FINALLY! Check in near the ballroom entrance. Sign in, pick up your T-Shirt, and get crackin on picking your raffle odds! Meet somebody new!

  • A plethora of prizes yours for the bidding. We are so thankful for all these donated items… it helps us prepare for NEXT YEAR’s conference. By the way… next year is our 50TH Roundup!!!

  • Not that frozen stuff. We roll out the red carpet… and pizza boxes. A ridiculous number of pizzas! Will it be Pizza Hut, Dominos, Papa Johns, Little Caesars, or a local joint? Come outside to the big tent and see! It’s included with registration!

  • Let’s get this party started!!

Saturday, August 16th

  • Get your morning started off right! Here we gather to seek the sunlight of the Spirit, have a brief moment of prayer and meditation, asking our Higher Power to guide us throughout the day.

  • The Outpost woke up early! This group in Ingram lovingly provides breakfast tacos as their act of service to YOU!

    Join us in the Hospitality Suite (inside courtyard by the pool) for food and fellowship!

  • A great AA meeting. The kind you’re used to… except there’s hundreds of us!!

  • Late night stragglers welcome this morning! We are so glad you made it!

  • Hill Country Al-Anon is a beautiful, caring group of people with a common solution. Hill Country Roundup is proud to partner with Al-Anon. Join us in the conference room (to the right of the main ballroom/entrance)

    Open to all affected by alcoholism.

  • The Service workshop offers a look at how showing up, giving back, and taking action in AA can deepen our recovery and help carry the message to others.

  • Join us for a panel discussion about how sponsorship works, what it means to be a sponsor or a sponsee, and why these relationships are at the heart of AA.

  • Hill Country Al-Anon is a beautiful, caring group of people with a common solution.

    Get there early… this one will be bigger than the first meeting. Why? Cuz word got out how wonderful an Al-Anon meeting can be!

    Open to all affected by alcoholism.

  • Beverly B is a highly sought after speaker. We are so blessed to have her! Join us in the main ballroom.

  • Bill’s BBQ is world famous and a Hill Country tradition. Slow smoked meats, all the fixins, tea, lemonade - the works! The bulk of your conference registration goes to THIS meal. DO. NOT. MISS. IT!! Yummmmmm

  • Meeting for EVERYONE. Panel of ‘Old Timers’ (20+years of sobriety) will teach us the ways of AA. Sit at the feet of those who know how to be successful in this program! You WILL learn something to help you, and somebody else!

  • The 3rd draw for amazing prizes are yours…if you buy tickets! The prize pool is shrinking, which means you can dump all your tickets in that one special coffee can.

Here we gather everyone in the Ballroom and celebrate our newest members to this way of life, by starting high and going low….and then we celebrate the oldest of old-timers, but starting low and going high! It’s a party and so encouraging to see how many miracles are in the room!

  • Chris speaks all over the world and is frequently featured on Mad Dog Sobriety podcasts. You will walk away changed, focused and renewed for this way of life. He is the real deal.

  • Come enjoy some music, dancing, and fellowship. This band was a local favorite until the members up and moved away… but WE GOT THE BAND BACK TOGETHER!!

Sunday, August 17th

  • Join us for a quick prayer and meditation time. Start your day with your Higher Power and let your day be guided by the sunlight of the Spirit.

  • Coffee and Donuts need no introduction. Hit the Hospitality Suite for a quick caffeine and sugar buzz.

    The suite offers free coffee, tea, lemonade, water, desserts, snacks and conversation.

  • Couldn’t make it to the seekers meeting and meditation? This is for your late sleepers. Rise and shine! Time for an AA meeting!

  • The third Al-Anon meeting of the weekend - for the morning people!

    These folks are serious about solution and ready to help you get connected with your Higher Power!

  • Last chance to check your items! Don’t let that other guy outbid you!!

    Silent auction winners pick up your items!

  • This is it! Throw in all your tickets for that PS5, that bike for the grandkids, that tent or camp chair you’ve always wanted. Stack the deck in your favor and buy a few more tickets.

  • Dang that was fun! WE LOVED HAVING YOU! We met so many new folks, and rekindled old friendships. Can you believe we get to have this much fun???
