All events take place at the the Inn of the Hills Conference Center.
This year, we are offering 4 workshops to choose from!

Friday, August 21st

  • 📍Ballroom Entrance

    Check in near the ballroom entrance. Sign in, pick up your t-shirt, and get crackin’ on picking your raffle odds. Meet somebody new!

  • A plethora of prizes, yours for the bidding. We are so thankful for all these donated items!

  • 📍Big Tent

    East End Pizza is bringing the goods! Come outside to the big tent and let’s eat! Pizza is included with registration. Gluten free available.

Saturday, August 22nd

    Get your morning started off right! Here we gather to seek the sunlight of the Spirit and have a brief moment of prayer and meditation - asking our Higher Power to guide us throughout the day.

    The Outpost woke up early! This group in Ingram lovingly provides breakfast tacos as their act of service to YOU!

    Join us in the Hospitality Suite (inside courtyard by the pool) for food and fellowship.

    A great AA meeting. The kind you’re used to… except there’s hundreds of us!

  • 📍Ballroom Entrance

    It’s not too late to register! Visit the registration table near the Ballroom Entrance to join the fun.

    Hill Country Al-Anon is a beautiful, caring group of people with a common solution. Hill Country Roundup is proud to partner with Al-Anon. Join us in the conference room (to the right of the main ballroom/entrance).

    Open to all affected by alcoholism.

    This workshop explores the 12 Traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous and how they help preserve unity, protect anonymity, and keep the focus on carrying the message.

    This year, we are offering 4 workshops to choose from!

    In this workshop we will discuss Chapter 9: The Family Afterward and the role of healing, patience, and understanding in rebuilding relationships affected by alcoholism.

    This workshop explores the AA Promises outlined in the Big Book and how they begin to unfold as we work the steps and grow in recovery.

    This workshop offers practical tools for sharing your story in a clear, impactful way - focusing on “what it was like, what happened, and what it’s like now” while carrying a message of hope to those still suffering.

    Hill Country Al-Anon is a beautiful, caring group of people with a common solution.

    Get there early! This one will be bigger than the first meeting.

    Bill’s BBQ is world famous and a Hill Country tradition. Slow smoked meats, all the fixins, tea, lemonade - the works!

    Meeting for everyone. Panel of ‘Old Timers’ (20+years of sobriety) will teach us the ways of AA.

    The third draw of four! The prize pool is shrinking, which means you can dump all your tickets in that one special coffee can.

    Always a fun experience. Here we gather everyone in the Ballroom and celebrate our newest members to this way of life, by starting high and going low.

    Then we celebrate the oldest of old-timers, but starting low and going high!

    The suite offers free coffee, tea, lemonade, water, desserts, snacks and conversation.

    Couldn’t make it to the seekers meeting and meditation? This is for your late sleepers. Rise and shine, it’s time for an AA meeting!

  • The third Al-Anon meeting of the weekend - for the morning people!

    These folks are serious about solution and ready to help you get connected with your Higher Power.
